Interest On Lawyers Trust Accounts (IOLTA)
This account is for lawyers who routinely receive funds to be placed in trust for future use. Attorneys are able to establish pooled, interest-bearing client trust accounts to generate interest income. The interest income is then channeled to The Legal Foundation of Washington, for use in public interest programs related to the law and/or legal assistance.
