VISA Account Information

Online Access

You can access your account 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at www.managemycreditcard.com.

To register for online access, you will need your card handy with:

  • your 16-digit card number
  • expiration date 
  • three digit code (on back of your card)

VISA Online Access allows you to:

  • View your current balance
  • See your available credit
  • Explore your transaction history
  • Update your contact information
  • Pay your bill
  • Check payment due date
  • Set up an automatic payment
  • Request a PIN to make cash advances on your account
  • Order a new plastic

Payment Options

  • Pay by Phone – Call 1-877-881-6018
  • Pay Online – Log in to www.managemycreditcard.com and roll over the payments options on the left hand side of the screen to make a payment.
    • To pay by phone or online, you'll need to have your checking or savings account number and bank routing number. Sound Community Bank's routing number is 325081306. You can make a one time payment or set up recurring payments.

  • Pay in a Branch – You can make a VISA payment at any Sound Community Bank branch during regular business hours.
  • Pay by Mail – Use the payment coupon from your monthly statement to make a payment by mail using a check.

Rewards

If you have a rewards VISA account you earn 1 point for every $1 you spend on purchases using your Sound Community Bank VISA card! 

Redeem your points for a variety of merchandise and travel items, as well as gift cards from leading retailers like The Home Depot, Macy’s and Amazon.  You can view your rewards points totals and redeem points at www.managemyrew.com.

Call the Customer Support number:

  • If you have a missing credit card, report it immediately.
  • If your card is stolen, report it immediately. You are not liable for charges.
  • If you have a problem with the quality of property or services that you have purchased with your Credit Card, and you have tried in good faith to correct the problem with the merchant.

If you would like to dispute a charge, you may do so through the VISA Online Access service. Simply login and click on the underlined transaction in question, and then click on the circle to the left of the statement box. After clicking on the circle, it will be highlighted with a black mark indicating you wish to dispute this transaction.

New Accounts

There are three ways to apply for a Sound Community Bank Platinum Rewards or Cash Rewards card.

* Sequim and People for Puget Sound VISA accounts do not earn rewards points. Instead 1% of all purchases are donated to the respective organization.
