Pay Your VISA Online with Bill Payer

It's convenient to pay your bill online through Online Banking!

Simply login to your Online Banking account and click the ‘Make Payments’ tab at the top of the screen.  

If you don't have an Online Banking account you can register here. 

In order to make a payment to your VISA account, you will need to set up a new payee:

• Click  ‘Add a Payee’ 
• Enter the payee name as Fifth Third Bank. Do not enter Sound Community Bank.
• Enter your account number. 
• Next enter the zip code of 47736-3789. 
• Then click the ‘Add Payee’ button at the bottom of the screen.
• You will arrive at a screen that will say that there are multiple matches for this payee.  Please click ‘Fifth Third Bank For Credit Card Accounts Only’. 
• You will then be asked to enter the payment address for this account. Enter the following information on this screen:

Address Line 1: Sound Community Bank
Address Line 2: PO Box 3789
City: Evansville
State: IN
Zip Code: 47736-3789
Phone: 877-881-6018

• After entering this information, click 'add payee' and you will go to the confirmation page showing the payee is now set up.

From here you can schedule payments on this account by clicking the ‘Make Payments’ button on the left options menu.
