Our Olympic Peninsula Development Officer, Julie Hatch is responsible for the leadership of the branch team including all aspects of the branch operations, overseeing employee development and ensuring that the team is consistently providing our clients with outstanding service. Julie has been in the banking industry for 34 years, beginning her career as a teller, then progressing thru various other roles in the retail branch including New Accounts Representative, Administrative Assistant to the President, Loan processor, Personal Banker, Branch Manager and she also held her Insurance and Series 6 & 63 Investment Licenses.
Julie believes in investing in the communities you live and work in and that is exemplified by her involvement and leadership in many community organizations and boards. She is currently a board member of the Jefferson County Hospital Foundation, a member of the East Jefferson Rotary Club, the Port Ludlow Business Community Conversations group and is a member and Ambassador for the Jefferson County Chamber of Commerce. She is thankful for the trust and respect she has earned from her clients and community leaders. When Julie is not working or volunteering she enjoys spending time with her granddaughter and family who frequently assist her in her community service projects. She loves the beautiful Olympic Peninsula and enjoys hiking, biking, rock hounding , camping and shooting with the Peninsula Long Rifle group.
