Before joining Sound Community Bank, Mike held various positions at local and national banks with experience in several areas including residential lending and business banking.
At Sound Community Bank’s iconic Seattle Belltown Branch, Mike provides expertise and leadership to successfully service clients and building lasting relationships with both consumer and business clients throughout the greater Seattle, Bellevue, and Puget Sound regions.
Outside of work, Mike enjoys taking road trips and working on renovation projects around his home and garden. He also actively participates in many of greater Seattle area’s community cultural events, and he is a valued member of the Seattle Chinese Community.

Maria has been in the banking industry since 2003, starting her banking career with Sound Community Bank as a part-time teller and served in several aspects of Retail Deposit and Operations, as well as Loan Production and Operations. Maria Carbullido is responsible for branch retail deposit and residential production, service, cultivating client relationships and community partnerships, leadership and employee development, while ensuring that the team is consistently providing clients with superior quality service. Maria is a graduate of the Consumer Lending and Compliance Program, Retail Management Program and Executive Development Program through the Washington Bankers Association and Business Leadership Academy through Pacific Lutheran University and Tacoma-Pierce County Chamber.
Maria resides in Pierce County with her husband and two boys. Maria was raised in a retail environment in Guam. Her Grandparents and Aunt had a small retail store where she learned she had a passion for customer service and developing customer relationships. Maria enjoys spending time with family and friends and volunteering in the community. Laurie attended Port Angeles High School, Peninsula College, and is a graduate of the Washington Banker’s Association Executive Development Program. After 10 years in real estate, Lisa Marie transitioned into lending and banking in 2003 at a small credit union in Port Townsend. Most of her 17 years focused on banks specializing in portfolio lending in both Jefferson and Kitsap counties. Most recently, she was the manager at a regional bank where she specialized in land and construction loans. Lisa Marie enjoys working with clients to repair their credit and eventually obtain home ownership. She loves living in Poulsbo and spending time with her twin grandchildren.

Shelli Robb-Kahler

Shelli Robb-Kahler, a Sequim native, holds over 30 years experience in the banking industry. She began her career as float teller in the Seattle area and later returned to Sequim, opening a new branch for a local financial institution in 1981. Shelli subsequently advanced through the ranks to Senior Management as Senior Vice President, Retail Banking. She is a graduate of The School of Financial Development and a graduate of the Washington Bankers Association, Executive Development school. Shelli most recently spent eight years as the Executive Director of the Sequim-Dungeness Valley Chamber of Commerce where she enjoyed promoting business in the area and supporting the tourism industry throughout the beautiful Olympic Peninsula. Shelli is passionate about providing exemplary client service, employee development, and developing lasting community relationships. She is dedicated to giving back to the community and served on non-profit boards including the Clallam County YMCA, the Sequim Irrigation Festival, and acted as a mentor to the business-education department at Sequim High School. Shelli is a wife and a mother to two wonderful, grown sons and enjoys spending her spare time volunteering in the community, time with family, helping others, and on any sandy beach!
