App and Online Banking Transition Alert

We are upgrading our Online Banking, Mobile Banking, and mobile app experience on August 27, 2024! 
 

What do you need to do? 

  • Update your phone number, address and email by August 22nd  

    • Through Online banking 

  • Mobile app users - please ensure your device has auto-updates enabled 

What will happen? 

  • Online Banking will be unavailable from 3pm on August 23rd until August 27th  

    • Includes: Desktop Online Banking, Business Online Banking, Mobile Banking, and the Mobile Application 

    • New Online Banking will be available August 27th 

  • Zelle® will replace People Pay on August 27th  

    • People Pay will be unavailable after 2pm on August 13th 

  • Remote Deposit Capture for businesses will be unavailable 

    • A new product will launch in Business Online Banking on August 27th 

    • You will be able to visit a branch, email Client Support at [email protected], or call 800-458-5585 

  • Mobile Deposit will replace EZDeposit on August 27th
