Online banking is a confidential, safe and secure way to do your banking from any web-enabled computer and it's free! Access account balances, pay bills, transfer funds, and much more. Q: Is any of my personal information stored in the online banking product?

Yes, the online banking product stores your User ID, your securely encrypted password, and user preferences.

Q: How current is my banking information?

Your account information is updated immediately.

Q: What accounts will I be able to access through online banking?

You can access your checking, savings, investment and loan accounts from the Internet banking service. Our online banking product is intended to give you as much access, security, and versatility as possible.

Q: How much account information can I view at once?

The system will automatically show the current month's transactions and information. However, by selecting User Preferences, you can choose to view the current month and the previous month. Or you can choose to view your account from the current date to same date of the previous month.

Q: Can I view my account details in more than one way?

Yes, you can view your accounts by date, check number, payee, amount or balance in ascending or descending order.

Q: What formats can I download my transaction history in?

Online banking supports downloads to Quicken®, Microsoft Money® or as a comma-delimited text file.

Q: Can I schedule future transfers?

Yes, you can schedule transfers to take place on a certain date and even set up reoccurring transfers at a variety of frequencies.

Q: How long can I be inactive before being logged out of the online banking product?

The inactivity time out default is set for 20 minutes.

Q: What is required to use the online banking service?

All you need to use online banking is a secure browser that supports 128-bit encryption, such as Microsoft Edge, Chrome, Firefox, or Safari. You can use any computer that has internet access.

Q: How do I access online banking?

Simply go to the home page, select online banking and select the "register" button. After your account is setup, you will always be able to easily access your online banking from our home page. You must have an existing checking, savings, or loan account to bank online.

Q: Can I create my own password that is easy for me to remember?

You may change your password at any time by selecting the Customer Service menu then selecting "Change Password".

Q: What happens if I forget or lose my password?

If you are having trouble logging in, after entering your user name, you may select "Forgot your password?" and we will call or text you a one-time code that will allow you to log in.  Or you may call us and we will take you through the steps needed to get back into the system immediately!

Q: How do I enroll in eStatements and Tax Documents?

From the main menu, select Documents, select "Change your document delivery methods" and select Online from the drop down menu and submit your changes. 

Q: How do I enroll in Bill Payer?

From the main menu, select Bill Pay.  The prompts will guide you through setup. 

Q: How do I enroll in Mobile Banking?

Select All from the main menu to access all of the Online Banking options.  Select Settings then Mobile Banking.  The prompts will guide you through setup.
